After commuting for many years, working in a hectic office environment, I was finally able to manifest my dream of using holistic therapies to support people with stress, anxiety, and to work alongside any health concerns. 

Having a background in Shiatsu /meridian theory (one of the first therapies I qualified in), I often incorporate that knowledge within my treatments.  I love what I do, and continually seek to improve and develop my professional knowledge to enhance the treatments which are provided in a tranquil space.

Being a full member of the Association of Reflexologists and The Federation of Holistic Therapists, reassures my clients that I am fully qualified and insured for the therapies I offer.
